The article reports that: “U.S. District Judge Loren AliKhan is the latest in a string of judges and opposing lawyers in Maryland and Washington to call out [this named attorney’s] work.”  Id.

The Daily Record reported that, when it could not contact the attorney, it contacted the managing partner “who has also been scolded for false citations….” Id.

The article also states that one Judge wrote that Her Honor’s concerns “extend to counsel’s entire firm.”   Id.
